If you choose to be present during your cleaning service, we kindly ask that you remain in one room while we work through the rest of the house. This ensures that our team work efficiently to our processes and routine, and complete your service to a high standard without interruptions.

You can choose whether you provide us with a key, have a key safe available, provide access codes, or simply be available at home for our arrival. We have a Key and Code Form for security and documentation purposes.
